By proceeding to complete this form and making payment, you (the "Subscriber") hereby agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by the Media Estate Committee and FOSTEOLIVE SERVICE LTD.
All payments made towards the purchase of land are non-refundable. In the event that a subscriber wishes to discontinue their purchase, a refund will only be considered after the specific plot has been resold to a new buyer. Media Estate Management reserves the right to deduct administrative fees from the refunded amount upon successful resale.
Plots are allocated strictly on a first-pay, first-served basis. Completion of the subscription form does not guarantee a specific plot until full payment is confirmed.
In the event of the subscriber's demise, Media Estate Management / FOSTEOLIVE SERVICE LTD shall recognize and deal exclusively with the Next of Kin as stated in the subscription form. Legal documentation, such as a Letter of Administration or a Grant of Probate, may be required to facilitate the transfer of ownership.
